Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (weekends and holidays excluded).. Canada Post’s automated shipping software allows you to select the preferred shipping price and mode (air or surface) at checkout, based on the weight and size of your order. Therefore, you know the exact shipping cost before the ordering process is complete.

Delivery is subject to warehouse availability. Rarely, there is a further delay e.g. when we introduce a new product and the number of orders skyrocket. Shipping delays may occur if we receive more orders than stock. When an order for items normally stocked in our warehouse has items on it that are out-of-stock, we will hold your entire order until the backordered merchandise arrives unless you request we ship ahead available items. Normal shipping charges apply if your out-of-stock item is shipped separately from the rest of the ordered products.

Oradix Inc. online ordering process require you to go through various web pages asking for personal and payment information, all of which need to be completed in full before the final order information can be submitted which provide ample reconsideration time. Therefore order cancellation is not accepted after submission has been made or payment has been processed. Payments have to be cleared before we ship. We cannot place special instructions for the delivery driver of the package.

Prices are subjected to changes according to international currency rates and price changes by manufacturers or suppliers without prior notice. Availability of products is subject to change without prior notice.

International Orders, Restricted Countries

Oradix.com ships products worldwide. Our web-sites automated shipping calculation feature gives you some options in your selection of shipping methods with matching shipping costs (surface, air or courier). When you use your credit card, the funds will be deducted in your currency. However, we will receive the funds in Canadian dollars, based on the exchange rate between your currency and ours at the time your order is processed. The process is similar to the situation when you travel and use your credit card in a foreign country.

It is the customers responsibility to know the legality of the products ordered in their country. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.

You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your country. We report the amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual purchase amount. If Oradix.com is charged for YOUR taxes and duties on the shipment or incurs any penalty or lawsuit related to your order or shipment, we will post the charge to your credit card.

For a description of the package contents on the Customs form, we claim "Nutritional Supplement" or “Food Supplement” or "Food supplements - for personal use only". Please do not ask us to claim a "gift" or other incorrect description.

If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized, you are still responsible for the shipping charges plus a 10% restocking fee.

We reserve the right to split your order into smaller packages when we receive an order from several countries, such as Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, India, South Korea, Spain, and Sweden.
We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.

By placing an order with us, Oradix Inc. and you both agree to accept the Canada Post as final arbiter in determining delivery status of your order.

We do not ship to the following countries due to consistent rejection of packages by Customs: Afghanistan, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bolivia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Mexico, Norway, Pakistan, Romania, Russia, South Africa, Uganda, Ukraine or Vietnam.

We are dedicated to offering you first class service. If you have any problems with your order, for any reason, simply return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund, minus the shipping charge (even if you've got your order with 'free shipping' - it's not free for us) and a 15% restocking fee. Only unopened, factory sealed products are eligible for return and refund.

Please e-mail or call our Customer Service Department at orders@oradix.com or (416) 514-1711 within 30 days of the shipment date to receive authorization and return instructions. (Please note that Oradix Inc. is more generous than your local pharmacy. They would never accept prescription drugs or over the counter (OTC) products, including vitamins and supplements, for return and refund.)

Please pack the items to be returned in a box with sufficient packaging to avoid damage. A copy of the postage receipt must be included within your return (or scanned and e-mailed to us). Returns must be sent by Registered Mail. If the return is the result of our error, the cost of the return shipping will be reimbursed on your credit card. If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping costs associated with your return will be your responsiblity. Once your return has been received, we will issue a refund within 15 days. We will use the same credit card or payment method you used.
