Please e-mail or call our Customer Service Department at orders@oradix.com or (416) 897-5192 within 60 days of the shipment date to receive authorization and return instructions. (Please note that your local pharmacy would never accept prescription drugs or over the counter (OTC) products, including vitamins and supplements, for return.)

Please pack the items to be returned in a box with sufficient packaging to avoid damage. A copy of the postage receipt must be included within your return (or scanned and e-mailed to us). Returns must be sent by Registered Mail. If the return is the result of our error, the cost of the return shipping will be reimbursed on your credit card. If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping costs associated with your return will be your responsiblity. Once your return has been received, we will issue a refund within 15 days.
