What You Should Know About Safety
Toxicity
appears to be dependent upon both dosage and the rate of
administration. Detoxamin, the only patented EDTA suppository, is far
safer to use and has less side effects than I.V. or oral EDTA chelation
therapy. The usual array of side effects observed in intravenous
infusions are absent when taken by Detoxamin Suppositories.
Renal excretory function should be within normal limits prior to
treatment. Renal toxicity, such as encountered in intravenous
administering of EDTA, are not present in Detoxamin Therapy.
We
reduced the dosage in Detoxamin for a safer administration of EDTA and
to provide better EDTA assimilation by more frequency of treatment. We
have found that EDTA metabolizes differently (slower) and
coincidentally it does not dump on the kidney and liver at one time. Of
course because of the lower dosage administered more frequently, it
makes it a much safer for the body to handle it.
Detoxamin
truly revolutionizes EDTA chelation therapy because it not only
produces results that are equal to but in many cases are better than
intravenous administration results. Simply better, safer form
chelation.
